Returns Policy

We think you’ll love your new Salty Clouds pieces, but we also know that buying jewellery online can sometimes be a little tricky. That’s why we’ve created a returns process that’s simple, transparent, and designed with you in mind.


Here’s how it works

We happily accept returns on full-priced items for store credit when lodged within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Purchased at full price
  • Unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • Approved by our team via email before being sent back

We’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items (discount codes are fine!)
  • Gift cards


How to start a return

Simply send us an email at info@saltyclouds.com with:

  • Full name 
  • Email 
  • Order number 
  • The reason for your return
  • A clear photo or video of the item(s)

Once we receive your request, our team will get back to you within 2–4 business days with approval and return instructions.

Return shipping is covered by you, unless your item arrived faulty or we made a mistake. In those cases, we’ll take care of everything.

We’ll inspect your returned piece within 2–4 business days and email you as soon as your store credit is ready. You’ll have a full year to use it - plenty of time to find something you love!


Faulty or damaged orders

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please reach out to us so we can make it right for you. We have a 1-year warranty for faulty or incorrect items, and of course, we’ll take care of everything at no cost to you.
