Lifetime colour warranty

We believe in the quality of our materials so much that we offer a lifetime colour warranty for all our jewellery. If your item loses its colour under normal wearing conditions, just reach out and we’ll replace it for free. No fuss. Just our promise.

1-year warranty for faulty items

In addition to our lifetime colour warranty, we also offer a 1-year warranty for any manufacturing faults. This includes issues such as broken clasps, loose settings, or faulty links, so you can enjoy your pieces with confidence.

Care guide

Our jewellery is crafted from high-quality, waterproof and tarnish-free materials, making it effortlessly low-maintenance and perfect for everyday wear. To help your pieces stay looking their best for years to come, we recommend following a few simple care tips.

When not in use, store your jewellery in a pouch or its original packaging to protect it from scratches. Gently clean your pieces regularly using a microfibre cloth and water to maintain their shine and prevent dirt build-up.

While our jewellery is designed to withstand water, try to minimise direct contact with strong hair products, styling sprays and perfumes. These products can contain concentrated ingredients that may leave residue over time (particularly around zirconia stones settings) which can sometimes appear as slight discolouration. For best results, apply beauty products first and allow them to fully dry before putting your jewellery on.

How to submit a claim

If you're experiencing any issues with your jewellery and want to submit a claim for a discoloured or faulty item, simply email us at info@saltyclouds.com with the following details:

  • Current shipping address
  • Your order number
  • The item that’s damaged
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo clearly showing the discolouring or fault
  • A video if helpful (for example, showing earring clasps)

Please note, our warranties don’t cover:

  • Accidental damage, loss, or theft
  • Normal wear and tear, including minor damage (e.g. fading on high-friction areas after years of love)
  • Broken clasps, stretched chains, or lost pearls caused by impact or improper use
  • Damage from harsh chemicals (bleach, chlorine, acetone, strong perfumes, sanitiser, styling products)
  • Earring posts or ear wires (the part that goes through the ear)
