Shipping Locations

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We know that many of you are further afield, and we’re working hard to expand our shipping locations very soon!


Order Confirmation

The moment you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your details and purchase information. 

If you notice any errors in your address or purchase information, please contact us right away so we can update it before your order is dispatched.

If the confirmation email hasn’t appeared within 24 hours, first check your spam folder, and if it’s not there, email us at info@saltyclouds.com.


Shipping

We process all orders within 48 hours on business days. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a shipping email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey home to you.

  • Standard shipping within Australia is 2–8 business days
  • Express shipping within Australia is 1 to 4 business days

We always do our best to get your goodies delivered on time. However, peak periods, public holidays, or remote locations may add a little extra time. If anything seems off or you have concerns along the way, email us at info@saltyclouds.com and we'll be more than happy to help.


Pre-Order Items

Some pieces are available as pre-orders, meaning they’re coming soon and you can secure yours early. If you order a pre-order item, here’s what to know:

  • Combined Shipping - For orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll ship the available items right away and send your pre-order separately once it’s ready.
  • Estimated Delivery Dates - Pre-order dates are our best estimate and may shift due to supplier schedules or unexpected delays. If anything changes, we’ll keep you updated.
  • Changes or Cancellations - You can cancel or update your pre-order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, pre-orders are final and non-refundable until they’ve shipped. In the case of delivery delays that are past the expected delivery date, we’ll give you the option to cancel and receive a full refund.


Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this tracking number to check your delivery status on the carrier's website at any time. If you're unsatisfied with the carrier's response, please contact us at info@saltyclouds.com.


Delivery & Packaging

You’ll receive at least one signature Salty Clouds jewellery box with every order, tucked inside a HeapsGood padded mailer made from 99.9% post-consumer waste. Good for your jewellery, and good for the planet.
